Requires ride operators to be at least 18 years old, operate only one ride at a time, remain in attendance during operation, and conduct daily safety inspections before carrying passengers

Establishes incident reporting requirements including documentation of all first-aid treatment, classification of incidents by location type, and notification to manufacturers within 7 days for serious injuries requiring hospitalization

Excludes bungee jumping, zip lines, waterslides, and obstacle/challenge/adventure courses from the definition of amusement rides subject to these regulations
