Authorizes state institutions of higher learning to enter into income share agreements with eligible students and use institutional assets to fund such agreements

Defines "income share agreement" as an agreement where a student commits to pay a specified percentage of future income for a specified period in exchange for payments toward the student's costs of attendance

Requires the Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning to adopt policies and bylaws for proper administration of income share agreements

Effective July 1, 2021
