Bars male student-athletes from earning NIL compensation as female athletes or for female sports teams, with sex disputes resolved through physician statements based on reproductive anatomy, testosterone levels, and genetic analysis

Requires student-athletes to disclose NIL contracts to their institution within 3 days of signing or before next competition, and prohibits NIL deals involving gambling, marijuana, tobacco, alcohol, adult entertainment, or performance-enhancing supplements

Provides private causes of action with a 2-year statute of limitations for institutions harmed by violations and for student-athletes deprived of opportunities under the act, with damages including attorneys' fees
