Prohibits state public servants and firearm dealers from enforcing federal firearm regulations that were not passed by Congress and signed by the President, applying only to firearms, accessories, and ammunition manufactured and kept within Mississippi borders

Makes it a felony for federal officials to enforce such non-congressionally-approved federal firearm laws in Mississippi, punishable by 1-5 years imprisonment and/or up to $5,000 fine

Declares unenforceable within Mississippi any federal law, rule, or regulation created on or after January 1, 2020 that attempts to ban semi-automatic firearms, limit magazine sizes, or require firearm registration

Authorizes the Mississippi Attorney General to defend state citizens prosecuted by the federal government for violations of non-congressionally-approved federal firearm laws

Amends multiple sections of Mississippi Code related to concealed carry permits and firearm possession to add exceptions consistent with the new firearm protection provisions
