Amends Section 43-13-117 of Mississippi Code to add paragraph (60) requiring Medicaid coverage for screening, diagnosis, and treatment services for children with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) that are the same type as services provided to children with autism spectrum disorder.

Services covered under this provision include those that may be used for behavioral health, developmental, and therapeutic needs of children with ADHD as determined by the Division of Medicaid.

Effective date is July 1, 2021, when the bill takes effect and becomes law.
