Requires each Mississippi county to publish its annual budget on the county's official website by September 30, in addition to existing newspaper publication requirements.

Applies to all counties regardless of road administration system, with separate provisions for counties exempt from Section 19-2-3 and those operating countywide road systems.

Mandates that any budget revisions or amendments made during the fiscal year be published on the county's official website within 14 days of the board meeting where the revision was approved.

Maintains existing requirements that budget statements show all revenue sources and amounts, expenses, and working cash balance estimates for the next fiscal year.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
