Amends Section 99-19-71 of the Mississippi Code to allow expungement of felony embezzlement convictions 14 years after completion of all sentence terms and conditions, rather than the standard 5-year eligibility period for other felonies.

Applies specifically to embezzlement convictions under Sections 97-23-19 and 97-23-25 where the convicted person has paid all criminal fines and court costs.

Requires petitioner to give the district attorney 10 days' written notice before any hearing and allows courts to grant expungement upon determining the applicant is rehabilitated.

Maintains existing restrictions prohibiting expungement for crimes of violence, arson, drug trafficking, certain DUI offenses, firearm possession, sex offender registration failures, and other specified felonies.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
