Allows a school employee's child who was lawfully enrolled in a school outside their home district while the parent worked there to continue attending that school after the parent's retirement, at the parent's discretion.

Amends Section 37-15-29 to permit children of instructional or licensed employees to continue enrollment in their parent's school district following the parent's retirement.

Amends Section 37-15-31 to extend the same continuation-of-enrollment right to children whose parents or guardians are instructional or licensed employees and retire while the child is attending school in that district, provided the parent or guardian is a Mississippi resident.

Changes terminology from "certificated" to "licensed" employees in references to school staff eligibility for the employee transfer provisions.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
