Adds definition of "auscultate" as examination by listening for fetal heartbeat using ultrasound transducer or fetal heart rate monitor.

Requires physicians to provide simultaneous explanation during ultrasound about the unborn child's presence, location, number, and whether fetal demise has occurred.

Mandates displaying active ultrasound images and auscultating fetal heartbeat for patient viewing and listening, and providing medical description including embryo/fetus dimensions and visible external members and internal organs.

Prohibits licensed abortion facilities from selling stem cells derived from human embryos or fetuses that were destroyed, discarded, or knowingly subjected to risk of injury or death, with license revocation as penalty.

Effective July 1, 2021.
