Amends Mississippi's window tint law to establish a minimum light transmittance of 15% for vehicles with a medical exemption, replacing the previous allowance that permitted any level of tinting for qualifying individuals

Medical exemptions remain available to individuals diagnosed by a Mississippi-licensed physician with a physical condition or disease seriously aggravated by minimum sunlight exposure

Requires persons with medical exemptions to display a certificate on the vehicle dashboard, obtained free of charge from county tax collectors with a physician's affidavit and proof of vehicle ownership

Standard window tint requirement of 28% or more light transmittance remains unchanged for vehicles without medical exemptions

Effective date of July 1, 2021
