Provides an affirmative defense against marijuana possession charges for patients or their parents/guardians who possess CBD solution pursuant to a physician's order for treatment of epileptic conditions

Prohibits child removal proceedings based solely on authorized CBD solution possession and protects state employees involved in CBD research from prosecution
