Extends the repeal date of sections creating the State Board of Funeral Service from July 1, 2021 to July 1, 2024.

Reenacts all provisions governing the State Board of Funeral Service, including requirements for board membership (seven members: three funeral service licensees, three funeral directors, one public member), appointment procedures, and operational duties.

Establishes licensing requirements and fees for funeral service practitioners, funeral directors, funeral establishments, crematories, and resident trainees; includes provisions for reciprocal licensing and renewal procedures.

Makes a nonsubstantive spelling correction to Section 73-11-69 regarding crematory regulations, changing "comingling" from the original text.

Reenacts disciplinary procedures allowing the board to suspend, revoke, or impose monetary penalties (up to $5,000) on licensees for violations; includes grounds for discipline and appeal processes to circuit court.
