Requires all vacancies on the Mississippi Commission on the Status of Women to be filled by June 1, 2021, with a full commission meeting called by the Governor before July 1, 2021

Removes commission members who miss three consecutive regular meetings for reasons other than illness, with the chairman required to notify the original appointing officer of absences

Authorizes the Lieutenant Governor to designate two senators and the Speaker to designate two representatives to attend commission meetings as non-voting observers

Assigns the commission to the Department of Finance and Administration for administrative purposes, requiring the department to provide meeting space in a state office building

Mandates the commission conduct an annual statewide forum on issues affecting women's status, educational and employment needs, and achievements, plus additional events throughout the year recognizing women's achievements
