Each institution must submit a comprehensive reopening plan to its governing board (Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning or Mississippi Community College Board) for approval within 30 days

Reopening plans must include a timeline for in-person instruction, number of in-person days per week, and assurances that instruction will be as safe and practicable as possible while meeting accreditation standards

Institutions must implement policies ensuring students attend assigned classrooms at scheduled times and provide accommodations for students with extended absences or circumstances preventing in-person attendance
