Allows individuals over age 60 to use mobility-related devices on trails marked "no motorized vehicles" in wildlife management areas.

Permits use of mobility-related devices by individuals with special disability license tags or placards under Section 27-19-56.

Authorizes permanently physically disabled individuals who are paraplegic, hemiplegic, or unable to ambulate without wheelchairs, walkers, leg braces, prosthetics, canes, or crutches to use mobility-related devices on no-motorized-vehicle trails.

Requires the wildlife commission to promulgate rules and regulations for reasonable access for these authorized individuals and define "hunters with disabilities."

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
