Amends Mississippi Code sections 57-1-16, 57-1-221, and 57-93-1 to include federal Indian reservations located within Mississippi's geographical boundaries as eligible locations for business development assistance programs.

Allows businesses on tribal lands to qualify for the ACE Fund (Accelerating Competitive Excellence), the Industry Incentive Financing Revolving Fund, and the Existing Industry Productivity Loan Fund administered by the Mississippi Development Authority.

Businesses on tribal lands must meet the same criteria as other applicants, including job creation requirements, capital investment thresholds, and financial qualification standards established by the MDA.

Effective July 1, 2021.
