Establishes online voter registration for first-time voters who have a current and valid Mississippi driver's license or photo identification card issued by the Department of Public Safety

Requires the Secretary of State, with support from the Department of Public Safety, to create a secure website allowing eligible persons to submit voter registration applications, change their name or address, and attest to the truth of their information

Mandates verification that the applicant's driver's license number, name, date of birth, and citizenship status match Department of Public Safety records before registration is approved

Requires county registrars to furnish public schools with instructions for online voter registration applications in addition to paper mail-in forms

Effective date of July 1, 2021, with the legislation titled the "Online Voter Registration Integrity Act"
