Allows casinos in Tunica County to locate on shore in structures (not just on vessels) if owned by a licensed gaming operator and situated west of any point 3,000 feet east of U.S. Highway 61.

Applies exemption to structures that serve as relocations of vessels licensed and operational in Tunica County on January 1, 2021, with this requirement expiring July 1, 2024.

Amends Mississippi Code sections 87-1-5, 97-33-1, 97-33-7, 97-33-17, 97-33-25, and 97-33-27 to add parallel gaming exemptions for Tunica County shore-based casinos alongside existing exemptions for cruise vessels and Mississippi River gaming vessels.

Exempts licensed gaming in Tunica County from anti-gambling provisions that otherwise prohibit gambling devices, betting, and pool operations throughout Mississippi.

Takes effect upon passage.
