Amends Section 73-50-1 to expand the "Military Family Freedom Act" to allow any applicant who establishes residence in Mississippi to obtain an occupational license if they hold a current, valid license in good standing from another state after holding it for at least one year and meet specified conditions.

Requires applicants to have met minimum education, work experience, and clinical supervision requirements when licensed in the other state; previously passed any required examination; and have no disqualifying criminal record or pending complaints or investigations.

Mandates occupational licensing boards issue licenses within 120 days of application and may issue temporary practice permits within 30 days if applicants submit affidavits affirming they meet specified conditions.

Adds "or person who establishes residence in this state" language to 36 separate sections of the Mississippi Code governing occupational licensing across multiple professions including teachers, engineers, nurses, physicians, accountants, and real estate professionals.

Effective July 1, 2021.
