Limits temporary licensees to practicing only at nonprofit health or family counseling facilities in Mississippi

Requires temporary license applications to be processed within 30 days if credentials are complete, with the temporary license valid for up to 365 days while the regular license application is pending

Mandates that applicants pass the applicable national examination, maintain their out-of-state license in good standing, and submit to a criminal history records check

Requires insurers to reimburse providers operating under temporary licenses, with the ability to recover payments if the regular license application is ultimately denied
