Requires weekly verification of unemployment insurance rolls against the Mississippi Department of Corrections' list of incarcerated individuals to identify ineligible recipients

Requires weekly cross-checking of new hire records against the National Directory of New Hires to verify continued eligibility for unemployment benefits

Authorizes the department to execute memoranda of understanding with other agencies for information sharing and requires case review when information indicates a change in eligibility circumstances
