Amends the "Mississippi Country of Origin Labeling Law of 2009" to require retailers to disclose both the country of origin and country of processing for covered commodities at the point of sale.

Expands covered commodities to include turkey and duck in addition to chicken, with labeling requirements applied to whole and partial products.

Requires suppliers to provide information about country of origin and country of processing to retailers, and allows use of existing labels if they already contain this information.

Authorizes the Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce to conduct audits, establish rules, and enforce compliance; violators may be fined up to $1,000 per violation after a 30-day cure period.

Effective July 1, 2021.
