Authorizes any public body in Mississippi to enter executive session for strategic development of plans to combat, eliminate, reduce, or respond to human trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of children

Permits closed sessions for investigative discussions, investigative strategies, and probative strategies related to identifiable instances of human trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation

Allows executive sessions for discussions involving locations of shelters or safe-houses for victims of human trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation

Protects identifiable information of human trafficking victims and children under 18 who are victims of commercial sexual exploitation from disclosure during committee or board meetings

Effective date: July 1, 2021
