Appropriates $188,693.00 from the State Treasury to the Mississippi State Board of Nursing Home Administrators for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022).

Authorizes 2 permanent full-time positions for the board with the appropriated funds.

Requires the board to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2021, and to submit fiscal year 2023 budget requests in comparable format and detail.

Directs all revenue generated by the board to be deposited into a special fund with interest remaining in that fund rather than going to the State General Fund.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
