Appropriates $517,227 from special funds for the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022)

Authorizes 5 permanent full-time positions for the board

Allocates $300,000 for grants to ABET-accredited engineering programs and board-approved surveying programs at Mississippi colleges and universities

Requires the board to develop grant guidelines and submit a written report to the Governor, Lt. Governor, and Appropriations Committee chairs detailing how grants were awarded

Prohibits the agency from exceeding appropriated personal services funding and requires compliance with state fiscal management laws
