Appropriates $446,923.00 from the Real Estate Appraisal License Fund for the Mississippi Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board for fiscal year 2022.

Authorizes 4 permanent full-time positions for the Mississippi Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board.

Restricts salary increases and personnel actions to prevent exceeding Fiscal Year 2022 appropriated levels unless new programs or positions are approved by the Legislature, with exceptions for escalated funds and benchmark awards.
