Appropriates $1,545,238.00 from the State General Fund for the Office of Capital Post-Conviction Counsel for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022).

Appropriates an additional $215,258.00 from special funds to the Office of Capital Post-Conviction Counsel for the same fiscal year.

Authorizes 9 permanent full-time positions for the Office of Capital Post-Conviction Counsel.

Reappropriates $51,724.00 in unexpended General Funds from prior year for invoices and agency operations, including $12,075.00 for Dr. Robert G. Stanulis and $250.00 for Dr. Robert D. Shaffer for prior fiscal year services.

Requires the office to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2021, and to submit budget requests in comparable format for fiscal year 2023.
