Appropriates $26,728,540 from the State General Fund and $7,022,208 from special funds to the Office of the Attorney General for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022)

Authorizes 94 permanent full-time positions and 243 time-limited full-time positions for the office

Allocates $1,000,000 for the Prosecutors Training Division and $680,000 from the Department of Health for the Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement Unit

Designates $5,690,346 from General Fund court assessments for specific programs including Crime Victims Compensation ($1,901,332), Cyber Crime Unit ($944,722), State Prosecutor Education ($662,582), and Children's Advocacy Centers ($554,489)

Reappropriates $646,000 from the 2020 Regular Session for a Case Management System and includes funds for litigation defending the constitutionality of Mississippi statutes
