Appropriates $9,646,364.00 from the State General Fund and $9,050,033.00 from special funds to the Department of Archives and History for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022).

Authorizes 168 full-time permanent positions, 5 part-time permanent positions, and 8 full-time time-limited positions for the department.

Allocates $2,000,000.00 from the Mississippi Landmark Grant Fund for preservation of Mississippi Landmark Properties, $100,000.00 for Beauvoir Shrine capital development, and $750,000.00 for repair and renovation of the New Capitol, Old Capitol, Governor's Mansion, and War Memorial Building.

Provides $1,000,000.00 in Capital Expense Funds for Historic Site Preservation grants and $300,000.00 for general capital expenses, with authorization to accept grants and donations up to $1,000,000.00.

Reauthorizes expenditure of $651,319.00 in Capital Expense Funds for de la Pointe-Krebs House and $100,000.00 in General Funds for Beauvoir from prior appropriations, contingent on unexpended balances as of June 30, 2021.
