Appropriates $3,986,808.00 from the State General Fund and $8,916,173.00 from special funds to the Mississippi Authority for Educational Television for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022).

Authorizes 86 permanent full-time positions and 9 time-limited full-time positions for the Authority.

Allocates $2,118,966.00 from the Education Enhancement Fund and $2,000,000.00 for tower maintenance and upgrades from the Capital Expense Fund.

Establishes performance targets including 150 locally produced TV programs, 1,092 locally produced radio programs, and 2,000 students served through the Digital Education Network classroom.

Permits the Authority to accept and expend grants, donations, and contributions up to $2,000,000.00 to defray operational costs.
