Authorizes issuance of up to $350,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund upgrades and improvements to facilities and infrastructure at the campground area of Lake Lamar Bruce in Lee County, Mississippi

Creates the "2021 Lake Lamar Bruce Campground Improvements Fund" within the State Treasury to hold bond proceeds, with unexpended amounts carrying over between fiscal years rather than lapsing to the General Fund

Bonds must be issued by July 1, 2025, with a maximum maturity of 25 years from date of issue

Bonds and their income are exempt from all state taxation and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi

Department of Finance and Administration has discretion over disbursement of funds for the campground improvement projects
