Reappropriates $62,940,672.00 to Fund 3393100000 for the Department of Finance and Administration to reauthorize expenditure of previously appropriated construction and repair projects at various state agencies and institutions for fiscal year 2022.

Reappropriates $1,739,055.00 to Fund 3390200000 for construction and repair projects at state agencies and institutions, authorizing funds from prior fiscal years (2013-2020).

Reappropriates $6,593,047.00 to Fund 3390300000 for construction and repair projects at Institutions of Higher Learning, Community and Junior Colleges, and various state agencies.

Reappropriates $477,879.00 to Fund 6493C00000 for water treatment facility upgrades and renovation at Alcorn State University.

Reappropriates $207,965.00 to Fund 6493200000 and $3,801,654.00 to Fund 6493300000 for improvements at the Law Enforcement Officer's Training Academy and state-owned properties, universities, and community colleges respectively; total reappropriation of approximately $75.8 million with expenditures not to exceed unexpended balances as of June 30, 2021.
