Appropriates $5,990,033 from the State General Fund and $77,023,000 from special funds for the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022)

Authorizes 634 permanent full-time positions and 63 time-limited full-time positions, with conservation officers receiving up to $550 annually for uniform allowances

Allocates $5,750,000 from gasoline and petroleum product excise taxes to the Fisheries and Wildlife Fund, and $125,335 from the Education Enhancement Fund for Project WILD

Designates $3,100,000 from the Capital Expense Fund for purchasing land to provide public access to hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities, and $400,000 for Chronic Wasting Disease detection and prevention in deer populations

Sets performance targets including 450,000 hunting and fishing licenses sold, 2,000,000 fish stocked in public waters, 10,000 hunter education participants, and 450,000 overnight park accommodations
