Appropriates $270,982.00 from the State General Fund to the Grand Gulf Military Monument Commission for operation and maintenance of the Grand Gulf Military Monument for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022).

Appropriates $160,165.00 from the special fund in the State Treasury to the credit of the Grand Gulf Military Monument Commission for the same purpose and fiscal period.

Authorizes 7 permanent full-time positions and 1 permanent part-time position for the Commission.

Allocates $50,000.00 from the Capital Expense Fund within the special fund appropriation for capital expenses during fiscal year 2022.

Imposes standard restrictions on personnel actions, vehicle use, competitive bidding preferences for Mississippi Industries for the Blind, and compliance with spending limitations.
