Appropriates $24,893,879 from the State General Fund and $214,350,624 from special funds to the Department of Rehabilitation Services for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022)

Allocates $3,681,802 from the Health Care Expendable Fund, including $2,782,590 to match federal funds, $854,903 for the Independent Living Program and State Attendant Care Program, and $44,309 for deaf and hard of hearing services

Authorizes 960 permanent full-time positions, 8 permanent part-time positions, 205 time-limited full-time positions, and 1 time-limited part-time position

Designates $1,563,039 for the Spinal Cord & Head Injury Trust Fund and $1,000,000 for Independent Living Home and Community Based Waiver programs

Reappropriates $1,584,164 from the General Fund to continue agency operations and authorizes up to $100,000 for the National Federation for the Blind Newsline service for blind and visually impaired persons
