Appropriates $535,995.00 from the State General Fund to the State Soil and Water Conservation Commission for administrative expenses and operations for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022).

Appropriates $7,834,008.00 from special funds in the State Treasury to the credit of the commission for the same fiscal year.

Authorizes 12 permanent full-time positions and 5 time-limited full-time positions for the commission.

Allocates up to $65,000.00 from general funds for a Beaver Control Cost Share program to be operated on a matching basis with county governments.

Requires the commission to retain all funds from equipment sales for purchasing equipment and authorizes receipt and expenditure of bond proceeds under Section 69-27-331 et seq., Mississippi Code of 1972.
