Approves $20,237,250 in special funds for the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022)

Authorizes 116 permanent full-time positions and 1 time-limited full-time position for the district

Allocates $200,000 for overtime, callback, or standby pay and $200,000 from the Ross Barnett Reservoir Dredging Fund for removing sediments and debris from the reservoir

Requires the district to waive traffic control fees for vehicles displaying "REZ" tags as a condition of receiving funds

Exempts ESPN Bass Masters Classic, FLW Major Open, and Catch A Dream Foundation Bass Classic from the district's lottery system for host events, waiving daily launch fees and special event fees for these tournaments
