Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds not to exceed $460,000 to assist Pontotoc County with repair, renovation, and improvements to the county courthouse.

Creates a special fund called the "2021 Pontotoc County Courthouse Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds for courthouse project costs.

Bonds may not be issued after July 1, 2025, and have a maximum maturity of 25 years from date of issue.

Pledges full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi to guarantee bond payments, with any deficiency paid from the State Treasury.

Remaining funds after project completion are applied to bond debt service, and bonds and their income are exempt from Mississippi state taxation.
