Creates the "2021 Pontotoc County Extension Service Building Fund" within the State Treasury to hold bond proceeds, with funds not lapsing at fiscal year end

Bond proceeds designated specifically for paving the parking lot and constructing a road or access outlet to the county extension service building

Bonds must be issued before July 1, 2025, with a maximum maturity of 25 years from date of issue

Bonds and income from them are exempt from all Mississippi state taxation and constitute legal investments for trustees, fiduciaries, and financial institutions
