Creates a registry for individuals convicted of offenses against peace officers, including disarming an officer, aggravated assault, murder, manslaughter, kidnapping, terrorism, and other violent crimes targeting law enforcement

Requires adults residing in Mississippi who have been convicted of covered offenses to register within 10 days of establishing residency or release from confinement with local sheriff and police departments

Mandates registrants provide name, address, date of birth, social security number, aliases, conviction details, and fingerprints, with registration maintained for 10 years

Establishes a central registry maintained by the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation, which must send annual verification forms to registrants and notify local sheriffs if verification is not returned within 30 days

Failure to register constitutes a misdemeanor punishable by a fine up to $500 and/or imprisonment of 30-90 days
