Restores voting rights to Anthony Leroy Wallace of Harrison County, Mississippi, who lost voting eligibility due to felony convictions.

Wallace was sentenced on August 9, 1999, for Robbery to four years probation; probation was revoked on June 10, 2002, and he was sentenced to ten years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

Wallace was convicted on July 2, 2002, on two counts of felony DUI, each resulting in one year sentences to run consecutively.

Wallace was released from custody on November 15, 2007, and discharged on July 7, 2009; the Legislature finds he has since conducted himself as a law-abiding citizen.

The act takes effect upon passage.
