Mr. Pritchard was convicted of Uttering Forgery and Vehicle Theft in Hinds County, with initial sentences of 5 years probation for each offense

Probation was revoked on September 10, 2009, and again on July 20, 2011, resulting in a sentence of 1 year and 1 day in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections

Mr. Pritchard completed all terms of his sentence and was discharged on January 10, 2012

The Legislature recognizes he has conducted himself as a law-abiding citizen since his discharge
