Convicted again of Burglary of Occupied Dwelling on March 9, 2001, receiving 3 years imprisonment with release on February 18, 2003

Convicted of Possession of Precursor with Intent to Manufacture on January 30, 2006, receiving 7 years imprisonment plus 5 years post-release supervision, with subsequent revocation and additional supervision

Completed all terms and conditions of his sentences on November 5, 2015, and the Legislature reports he has since conducted himself as a law-abiding citizen
