Extends the repeal date of Chapter 816, Local and Private Laws of 1991 from July 1, 2021 to July 1, 2025, allowing the Washington County Convention and Visitors Committee and associated tourism tax to continue operating.

Revises the composition of the nine-member committee to include five members appointed by the Economic Development District board of supervisors and four members appointed by the district's presiding officer, including representatives from the Greenville Area Chamber of Commerce, Greenville Mississippi Travel Club, Inc., Hollandale High School Reunion Committee, and Leland High School Reunion Committee.

Authorizes Washington County to levy up to a 1% tax on gross proceeds of sales from hotels (with more than 10 units), motels (with more than 10 units), and restaurants (with annual gross income exceeding $100,000), with proceeds dedicated to tourism promotion and convention activities.

Requires the Department of Revenue to retain 3% of collected tax revenues for administrative costs, with remaining funds paid monthly to the convention and visitors committee and an annual allocation not exceeding $25,000 paid to Washington County.

Maintains existing requirements for budget approval, independent annual audits, monthly financial reporting to the Chancery Clerk, and public notice procedures for the tax levy.
