Extends the repeal date of Chapter 927, Local and Private Laws of 2014 (as amended) from July 1, 2021, to July 1, 2025, maintaining the Town of Como's authority to levy taxes on hotels, motels, and restaurants.

Authorizes the Town of Como to impose a tax of up to $1.00 per night on each occupied room in hotels and motels with six or more guest rooms.

Authorizes the Town of Como to impose a tax of up to 2% on gross proceeds from food and beverage sales at restaurants within the town.

Requires tax revenue to be dedicated solely to promoting tourism and parks and recreation in Como and the surrounding area, with the Department of Revenue retaining 3% of collections to cover administrative costs.

Mandates that any tax levy must be approved by a resolution from governing authorities and ratified by at least 60% of qualified electors voting in a town election.
