Authorizes issuance of up to $2,000,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund repair and renovation of the War Memorial Building in Jackson, Mississippi

Creates the "2021 War Memorial Building Repair and Renovation Fund" within the State Treasury to hold bond proceeds, with funds disbursed at the discretion of the Department of Finance and Administration

Bonds may have a maturity of up to 25 years and must be issued before July 1, 2025

Bonds are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi, with the State Treasurer authorized to pay principal and interest from any available state funds if appropriations are insufficient
