Eliminates the requirement for county sheriffs, tax assessors, and tax collectors to file monthly expense reports with the Board of Supervisors for approval at regular monthly meetings

Removes the mandate for the Board of Supervisors to appropriate quarterly lump sums (one-fourth of the annual budget) to these offices at the beginning of each quarter (October 1, January 1, April 1, and July 1)

Maintains the existing annual budget process where these officials submit expense estimates at the July board meeting for the fiscal year beginning October 1

Preserves the Board of Supervisors' authority to revise budgets and make supplemental appropriations at any regular meeting upon recommendation from the respective officials

Amends Sections 19-25-13 and 27-1-9 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 to streamline county financial administration
