State Department of Health shall establish WISEWOMAN program focused on heart disease, stroke, breast cancer, cervical cancer, and colorectal cancer in women.

State Department of Health shall establish WISEMAN program focused on heart disease, stroke, prostate cancer, colorectal cancer, and diabetes in men.

Programs must provide education about healthy behaviors and risk factor reduction, screening and testing for early disease detection, and target populations with greatest need based on scientific evidence.

Department shall contract with public or private clinics and agencies demonstrating success in reducing chronic disease incidence through education, prevention, and early screening.

Department shall seek and apply for grants from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other public or private entities to fund the programs, effective July 1, 2021.
