Amends Section 99-15-107 of the Mississippi Code to modify eligibility requirements for the pre-trial intervention program (Sections 99-15-101 through 99-15-127).

Persons charged with public embezzlement amounting to or exceeding $10,000.00 are ineligible for pre-trial intervention.

Maintains existing ineligibility for persons charged with crimes of violence pursuant to Section 97-3-2 and offenses involving trafficking in controlled substances under Section 41-29-139(f).

Effective July 1, 2021.
