Abolishes the Mississippi Central Market Board effective July 1, 2021, transferring all powers, duties, property, contractual obligations, and unexpended funds to the Department of Agriculture and Commerce

Renames the Mississippi Central Market to the Mississippi Farmers Market, located at 929 High Street in Jackson

Expands leasing authority to include retail operations in addition to wholesale marketing of perishable farm products

Grants the Department of Agriculture and Commerce authority to fix employee salaries, set rental rates, establish operating rules, and lease facilities for up to 25 years to private concerns for agricultural processing

Repeals six sections of Mississippi Code related to the former board's membership, meetings, compensation, headquarters, manager duties, and property management powers
